Monks and Crane, Manchester

In December 2012, Cladding Coatings Ltd were chosen by Monks and Crane to carry out maintenance work to the roof cladding and rooflights of their old site in Trafford Park, Manchester.

Their roof cladding was suffering from cut edge corrosion and the rooflight system had a substantial build-up of dirt and residue. To treat these problems, we applied our Giromax Seamsil 100 system to the corroded cut edges of the cladding and gave the rooflights a thorough clean to allow natural daylight to flow into the building.

These repairs were a condition of the dilapidation report and the contract agreed between Monks and Crane and the landlord of the premises at the expiry of the lease.

Our approved applicators carried out the work within the tight deadline, difficult weather conditions and in a safe and professional manner. We liased with Giromax to arrange site inspections during and after completion of the contract and the 10 Year Giromax Warranty Certificate was signed off and issued to Monks and Crane, who then passed this onto their now former landlord.
