Premier Automotive, Dukinfield

When cladding is aged, dirty and deteriorating, having the right treatment and restoration can transform any tired property.

Our continuing commitment to delivering high quality external building refurbishment saw our team on site at Premier Automotive to complete on site spraying.

If you own or manage a car workshop, you know appearance is paramount. First impressions count for customers and they need to be sure that the car they buy has been stored safely and securely, making sure it’s in the best possible quality.

To meet these goals, a safe and professional façade is vital. Yet it’s natural that, over time, your property will require external building maintenance work to keep stock, staff and customers secure and maintain your professional reputation. Premier Automotive recognised this, and called in our team at Cladding Coatings to take a look at one of their car workshops in the Northwest.

Careful assessment with an on site survey

The Premier Automotive site we attended was in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester, not far from the Cladding Coatings head office in Oldham. We began with a free of charge site survey. These surveys are crucial for both you and our team. They allow us to completely assess the damage in person, using our expertise and experience to evaluate both the areas of concern and the extent of the damage.

The result of the site survey is that your external building cladding assessment is always accurate, relevant and fair, making sure we can deliver a fast quotation that’s transparent and accurate. It also means we’re able to hit the ground running with our work as soon as you instruct us to carry out work on your site, making the project process smooth and seamless with minimal disruption to your day to day operations.

On site spraying for a professional finish

Once the external building cladding had been carefully assessed, Premier Automotive gave our team the go ahead to carry out the work detailed in the quotation and discussed during our site survey. This primarily included on site spraying of the three elevations in question. Our on site spraying team has over a decade of experience recoating properties with a safe system designed to protect metal cladding from corrosion and other metal damage. Our efficient application methods also meant a thorough and even coverage of paint was installed on the external building wall cladding for a smart and inviting finish.

As well as on site spraying, our team prepared and painted the loading door, and the security door to the right elevation. Not only was this work vital for on site safety, but fully secure and operational access, keeps business operations running efficiently on a daily basis.

Making commercial units look professional and inviting

External cladding repair and refurbishment is an area of expertise for our team here at Cladding Coatings. Our automotive clients know their buildings need to look professional and appealing for customers making high-value spends. Yet they also know that it needs to be clear they take pride in the safety and maintenance of their external building cladding, so potential customers can trust in their attention to detail and quality of service and care.

We’ve gained a great deal of experience restoring and maintaining car showrooms and workshop sites across the UK, from small, independent locations to nationwide household names. Yet no matter the client, each has received the same standard of exceptional external building cladding maintenance that we pride ourselves on here at Cladding Coatings.
