Spot the Difference – Site Revisit

We recently carried out a site revisit to a project completed exactly two years ago.

The light industrial block comprises of two units on which Cladding Coatings completed the roof coating, onsite wall coatings and shutter door refurbishment to unit b only.

The gable elevation of unit a is now peeling and the premises generally looks tired and uninviting. Unit b remains in very good condition and it is likely that the roof is reflecting heat off and away from the premises of unit b better which will be a definite plus in this very hot July.
