Last week the Cladding Coatings team swapped their overalls for black tie attire as they attended the Manchester Young Talent Awards (MYTA).
MYTA was held at the Imperial War Museum in Manchester, where many of Manchester’s finest young talents gathered for a stunning ceremony presented by Neil Clough, a successful business professional and entrepreneur, who was also a participant in the BBC’s ‘The Apprentice’ in 2013. MYTA recognises outstanding individuals between the ages of 18 and 40 who demonstrate the best attributes of the city’s young people.
The awards covered a range of professional fields, from marketing and legal to property and team awards. Michael Hallwood, Cladding Coatings Managing Director had the honour of being shortlisted for the Property Professional of 2016. Mike, who has worked in the industry for all his working career, was the ideal fit for this category and a worthy nominee. The award was open to people who have made an outstanding contribution to the property industry; professionals were welcome from practice or industry in any background.
Mike and his team attended the award ceremony on the 17th November, Mike was a worthy runner up and the event was enjoyed by Mike and some members of the team who came along to support him. The award success doesn’t end here, Mike also recently got shortlisted for the Builder & Engineer Awards, for the Specialist Contractor of the year. This award ceremony will be held on the 30th of November, so all the Cladding Coatings team want to wish Mike good luck and congratulate him on yet another successful and well deserved nomination.
