If you’re one of the businesses able to trade over the last couple of months, you’ll know it’s been more important than ever to make sure your building is safe.
Whether you’re a surveyor responsible for health and safety requirements or a letting agent needing peace of mind, commercial painting projects are one of the first things you should do for a façade finish you can trust.
Safety is so much more than a buzz word of the times. It has always been, and always will be, the utmost priority for us here at Cladding Coatings. The security of our clients, our team, and anyone who works out of your building is always our first consideration. Let’s take a look at some recent examples of how we’ve kept businesses safe and secure with cladding coating and external building refurbishment and repair work.
Cladding coating one of our biggest units to date
DHL is a global logistics company. Their work’s essential to keep vital deliveries and products moving around the county. So when they realised their Bardon Hill unit had started to deteriorate, they knew it was time to call in Cladding Coatings.
A 7000m² wall cladding project took place under the expert eye of our Assistant Contracts Manager Jacob Eastwood. A specialist in onsite spraying and site management, Jacob made sure that the job was completed ahead of schedule, despite the challenges of 2020, with a bold, on-brand finish that delivered the professional façade finish the client could be proud of – protecting their property both inside and out.
Protecting vital stock with onsite spraying
Ring Automotive stock car accessories, bulbs and lighting units. These products are crucial for safe travel, and Ring knew their South Leeds unit needed specialist care before the damage to the external wall cladding caused internal problems for their stock and safety.
Using our highly-trusted system, Noxyde from Rust-Oleum®, our onsite spraying and shopfront spraying teams could recoat key parts of the external wall and roof cladding. This involved different paint systems and methods, as the property had a brick wall and metal roof, but roof coating application methods alongside careful cladding coating helped our team deliver a commercial painting that gave Ring complete security.
Commercial painting for ongoing operations
Roof coating and wall coating are essential repairs. Yet it’s sometimes easy to overlook the less obvious refurbishment needs, such as doors and windows. Thankfully, Dee Gee International in Preston knew that factory door coating was vital to keep their operations moving and the people accessing the property safe and secure.
Onsite spraying was key here, so our Cladding Coatings team carried out commercial painting of the large loading door. We applied a 200% flexible, long-lasting and heavy-duty paint designed to withstand heavy traffic. That way, the building owner could rest assured that the staff coming in and out of the property were as well protected as possible.
We’re delighted to be chosen by project managers across the county to keep their facilities smart and safe. Take a look at some of the hundreds of other projects we’ve completed, see what our clients think, then chat to our friendly team. We’d love to have a no-obligation discussion about how our commercial painting expertise will keep your unit safe and secure for many years to come.
