Job Vacancy – Paint Sprayers

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated team of two Cladding Sprayers to join our construction team. Would suit a father & son team or experienced sprayer with own Labourer. The successful candidates will be responsible for applying protective coatings and finishes to building exteriors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in construction painting and cladding spraying to contribute to a committed team. We cover the whole of the UK, The roles are offered on a temporary subcontractor basis.

Duties
• Prepare surfaces and ensure they are clean and ready for spraying application
• Operate specialised spraying equipment to apply cladding coatings evenly across surfaces
• Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate spraying tasks efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and utilise personal protective equipment at all times
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors regarding progress and any issues encountered
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the spraying equipment and work area
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as required, ensuring safe handling practices

Experience

• Prior experience in construction painting/ spraying metal cladded roofs and walls
• familiar with working with the popular coating systems such as Giromax, Noxyde, Liquasil, Drisilane etc would be advantageous
• Proven ability to operate spraying machinery safely and efficiently
• Valid driving licence is required and own vehicle preferable
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, for clear communication on-site
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and supervisors
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating reliability and professionalism

We require drivers with own vehicle, fuel card will be supplied. Additional hours paid for working away including Breakfast meal allowance.

Licence/Certification:
• CSCS (required)
• IPAF (required)
• Driving Licence (required)

Pay:
From £17 per hour
