Before and after side Bibbys Refurbishment

Expert coating systems professionally applied to your wall cladding for a long lasting quality finish

Prefinished metal wall cladding requires repainting over time, usually after 15 years but this can vary dependant on the original cladding type and exposure to weather. Natural deterioration means that your wall cladding will begin to wear, with colours fading in the sun and a build up of debris on the façade.

Wall cladding coating can be an excellent solution to refresh and refurbish your external façade.

Refurbishment is cheaper than replacement

When the damage is beyond repair, your only option will be the replacement of individual metal clad panels, which is costly and disruptive. Therefore, it is essential to refurbish your existing wall cladding with professional wall cladding coating before replacing becomes necessary.

Highly Experienced Teams

At Cladding Coatings, we’ve many years’ experience repairing and repainting wall cladding on a wide range of commercial and industrial properties, with work carried out at times to suit your operations and cause minimal disruption. See some of our case studies here.

Helping you make those important decisions

Choosing the right colour for your wall cladding is a significant decision: it needs to match your brand and meet your expectations. To help you make the best colour choices for your façade, we offer a colour matching service. We can attend your site with samples, testing colours and coatings on the wall cladding to ensure you choose the colour that’s exactly right for you. We also offer digital mock-ups, providing a visualisation of how the colour will look when applied to your façade using only a photo, helping you make final colour decisions.

We use the best coating systems available

The right paint is essential for your professional and presentable façade finish, so we use only tried and tested systems from trusted suppliers. These include dryfall paints, which are water-based, easy-to-apply, and solidify in fewer than ten feet so droplets can simply be wiped away. We also use low VOC paints that are environmentally friendly, and safer for you and for our team to use. See what systems we use here.

Helping landlords to let property faster

If you own a property and are looking to place it on the rental market, a presentable exterior attracts the right tenants. At Cladding Coatings, we work with many landlords and property owners to refurbish their properties. Our work delivers a professional appearance and ensures repairs meet optimal safety standards. Clients, such as UK-wide property rental company Whittle Jones, trust us to carry out the wall cladding repair work key to securing new tenants promptly.

Free site surveys and digital mock ups

If you’re unsure of the condition of your wall cladding and the coating required, our team can visit your property to carry out a free site survey. We’ll use our expertise to assess the condition of your wall cladding and provide a no-obligation quotation for the work. For areas of your building that are difficult to access and tricky to assess, such as the roof, we’re able to conduct a drone survey with recorded footage for us to review in detail for accurate analysis. We can then supply a free digital mock up so you can see how your building could look before commitment.
