Tikkurila Temadur 20 is manufactured by Tikkurila: a Nordic paint company who have spent three decades priding themselves on manufacturing paint products from carefully chosen raw materials, keeping sustainability and ethics at their heart. Tikkurila Temadur 20 is part of their huge range, and is an ideal paint system for on site spraying of metal wall and metal roof cladding. Therefore, it’s the perfect addition to our range of industry leading, high performance systems that make our clients’ buildings look like new again.

What is Tikkurila Temadur 20?

Tikkurila Temadur 20, which can be applied as either a primer or a topcoat, is a polyurethane paint containing anti-corrosive pigments. It is part of an extensive range of Tikkurila’s Temadur paints, available to suit different styles, finishes and substrates. It’s semi-matt, and can be supplied in an extensive variety of colours to suit client tastes and preferences (making it perfect for use as part of our colour matching service).

Ideal for metal cladding, Temadur 20 is suitable for use as a single-coat paint for steel, zinc and aluminium surfaces. This is thanks to its anti-corrosion pigmentation, which supports its incredible resistance to abrasion and weathering, making it a great choice for us when working in highly salient and industrial environments, from haulage and transport buildings to machinery, equipment and even shipping.

Tikkurila Temadur 20 is incredibly versatile, as it can be applied in four ways: spray, roller, brush or airless application, giving us great flexibility. Where can you see the paint system in use?

Our team used Tikkurila Temadur 20 on one of our latest projects: the former Halfords site in Hull. Tikkurila Temadur 20 was the perfect paint system to apply to all four metal cladding elevations, which, as you can see on the images, had been subject to vandalism and wear and tear.
