Formerly a HSS Hire Shop, this unit required full external refurbishment and a colour change to suit the new companies current branding.

Before we got to work on this project, it was evident that the cladding was starting to deteriorate and look tired. As well as looking unsightly, damaged cladding can cause real problems that can lead to more severe and costly issues in the future if not fixed straight away. Thankfully the new occupants of the building, Roman Spas, got in touch with Cladding Coatings to refurbish the exterior of their building and stop any damage in its tracks.

We provided Roman Spas with a digital mockup to show them what their new property could look like in their chosen colour scheme. Once a plan was established, and a colour scheme was chosen, our team could start preparing the cladding for repainting.

Trusted paint systems for trusted services

External on-site spraying was required to refurbish the wall cladding and make it look like new. Our team used a trusted paint system, Rust-Oleum Noxyde, that is perfect for spray application. This paint system is ideal for metal cladding as it has excellent rustproofing, corrosion and waterproofing properties. Door painting services were also required on this project for the roller shutter doors on the building. Once again, we used the Noxyde paint system because it is 200% flexible and heavy-duty, making it ideal for doors under constant heavy usage.

The Cladding Coatings team installed masonry coating to areas on the front, rear, and side elevations on this project. In addition to painting the exterior cladding and roller shutter doors, our team also painted the protection barriers to the front of the building to give a clean and consistent finish across the project.

Planning for a polished façade

The previous colour scheme of this property was understandably not what our client wanted for their own business, and instead, they wanted to repaint the unit in something more suited to their brand. This is where Cladding Coatings stepped in and provided them with a digital visualisation showing them what the property could look like in their colour scheme.

The team used an image from google maps to provide the client with a quick and effective digital mockup. One of the benefits of a digital mockup is that it allows the client to see what the end result of the refurbishment could look like before any work has even started.
