The Cladding Coatings Process:

Firstly let us have a few details about your property and we will discuss your requirements in detail, take measurements and provide you with a no obligation quotation. If you prefer, you can send over your details and we can give you an estimate based on the information you provide. Our friendly and professional team will talk you through your options and give you expert advice based on their vast experience and knowledge.

A free site survey is available or you can book one of our drone surveys for those hard to reach or fragile areas. We then aim to quote you within 7 days.
If you need help to choose the colour scheme, not only do we offer a colour matching service but we can provide a free digital visualisation too so that you can see what the building will look like before you commit.

Site Visit and Discussion

Tell us your objectives and we will speak with you about the services and options we can provide. A free site visit is available or a drone survey to view those hard to reach areas.

Specification

You will receive your no obligation quotation within 7 days. An exact specification is created for you, which includes the detailed process and schedule of works. We select the best coating systems to suit your building, the environment and your budget or project specification.

Deterioration

We assess the stage of deterioration of the roof or wall cladding that we have checked on-site. The deterioration cycle starts from the installation of new material, which will suffer some fading in colour, gradually worsening to the point where it shows clear signs of cracking and corrosion. After this stage, it will start to fail, meaning water and air leakages are possible, by which stage it will need replacing as it is beyond any repair.
The sooner the deterioration is identified and corrected, the more cost savings can be made longer term as repair and refurbishment is cheaper than replacement.

Cladding Life Cycle

We assess the stage of deterioration of coated metal cladding, from ‘new’ to ‘failure requiring replacement’. Our experts will make the best recommendation for your building.
