Hello 2017

This year has flown by and now finishing up for the Christmas break, and preparing for 2017. This year has been a busy one to say the least, but also a great one too. With new services, clients and projects, 2016 is certainly going to be a memorable one for our team.

New Office

In February Cladding Coatings opened its doors on our brand-new office in the North East. We already had one office based in Delph, Manchester, but due to the high level of work we carry out in the North, we took steps to open an office in this location. Cladding Coatings has expanded its operation and is now a proud resident of the Clervaux Exchange, one of the finest buildings in South Tyneside. The office is in Jarrow, aiming to support the clientele we have in the northern region.

New Services

Why introduce one new service, when you can introduce four? Cladding Coatings have increased their service offerings to their customers by introducing new services: digital visualisation mock ups and onsite samples, gutter cleaning and coating, flat roof refurbishment and cedral weatherboard.

Digital visualisation Mock Ups / Onsite Samples

These allow the customer to see what the finish refurbishment will look like through on-site paint samples, and digital building mock-ups. Great for when a customer is indecisive about their branding choices.

Gutter Cleaning & Coating

We specialise in the maintenance and repair of guttering and will increase the life expectancy of your guttering system. We will clean out your gutters, re-seal any joints internally and apply a liquid fibre coating which forms a protective lining.

Flat Roof Refurbishment

The Cladding Coatings flat roof refurbishment process is to apply a liquid coating to your roof as part of the refurbishment project – to protect and extend the life span of the roof.

Cedral Weatherboard

Installation of Cedral Weatherboard to replace deteriorating cladding to the external facade of a building, improving the appearance and extending the life of the property.

New Staff

In April Cladding Coatings expanded its team with the employment of Sally. Sally commenced duties in the Delph office from April in the role of Customer Services and IOSH Accreditations. She deals with customers, liaises with the staff, as well as her office based duties and is very keen to help the business move forward in success.

Exhibitions

After the success of Education Estates in 2015, our team exhibited at the event again this year. One of this year’s most notable projects, Dukeries Academy was first introduced to us at the Education Estates 2015, so with this in mind, the 2016 exhibition was an event not to be missed. As well as this exhibition, we decided to go one step further and attend another event, the HE & FE Estate Management Conference in December. The show aims to focus on building and maintaining a better future within the education sector. Cladding Coatings’ extensive services can assist with maintaining the quality of education facilities – which is why it was the perfect event to showcase our services at.

Awards

We have had a lot of award success this year too, after being shortlisted for 2 award categories. It was amazing news as the first 2 awards that we entered, we were shortlisted for both! The first was the Manchester Young Talent awards, where MD Mike was shortlisted as Property Professional of the year. Then we got the amazing news that he had been shortlisted once again, this time for the Builder and Engineer Awards as Specialist Contractor of 2016.

As well as these amazing new developments, we have also gain many new clients such as Royal Mail, McDonalds, Pet Brands, Porcelanosa, Screw Fix – to name but a few. It’s been an incredible year – bring on 2017!
