With a competitor also housed on the industrial estate, it was imperative that Screwfix’s premises looked professional and inviting. The project focussed on repair to the Screwfix building’s roof.

Our local Sunderland team undertook a full health and safety risk assessment and installed a scaffold handrail, access tower and rooflight protection system before working at height. The Noxyde paint system was then installed, carefully timed to avoid application during the harsh winter months.
