When our surveyor visited site it was clear to see that there were areas of deterioration and some corrosion was occurring. Not all the buildings required recoating as one was having new cladding installed and some brickwork required coating to create uniform finish and to improve the look. There were some signs of severe corrosion on the metal stairs and handrails that required extensive repair treatment.

Our teams initially installed a RoofSafe, fall arrest system to ensure that whilst working on site our teams were safe when working at height.

At site, our expert spraying teams got to work coating the roof, walls, loading doors, columns and the staircase to the building. They used systems from Rustoleum for the roof and wall cladding coating which was able to offer a 10 year guarantee.
