Synertec is based on the outskirts of Warrington in an industrial area close to the M62. It was essential to Synertec that their building would uphold their reputation and give a positive impression to their clients and customers.

On-site survey for effective planning

Firstly the team visited the client in Warrington to have a look at the building and conduct a site survey. From this site survey, it was clear that the building required some external wall cladding refurbishment.

The wall cladding in question was on the rear elevation, which also comprised of doors and trims. The external wall cladding was looking tired and worn and didn’t give a great first impression. Cladding Coatings knew that trusted paint systems were required for this external wall cladding refurbishment to revitalise the wall cladding and make it look as good as new.

Being on a working site, our team had a lot to consider when conducting the site survey. They had to take into consideration all aspects of health and safety that would be required when working on-site at Synertec. Trusted paint systems for a flawless finish

External wall cladding refurbishment was required on the rear elevation of this large industrial unit. This wasn’t a case of simply re-coating one wall as there were doors and trims, which also required re-coating as part of the rear elevation.

The metal wall cladding on the elevation was re-coated using Noxyde by Rust-Oleum, a high-performance paint system that has become one of our preferred choices for on-site spraying. Noxyde offers excellent corrosion protection and waterproofing capabilities, making it ideal for external wall cladding refurbishment. We used two different colours on the wall cladding and then green on the doors and building trims.
