The Building Regulation, Part L, is to control the insulation values of the different elements of the building. The Regulation takes into consideration windows, doors etc, the air permeability of the building, heating efficiency and carbon emissions. Amendments to Part L have seen focus on overheating, ventilation and lighting.

The Cladding Coatings system is fully compliant with the regulation, and helps to increase the thermal efficiency of the building in turn reducing carbon emissions.

The system is suitable for application in all kinds of premises, even those such as local authorities, where hot works is no longer allowed. Our liquid roof technology is a simple paint system, therefore hot works is not required.
