How the gutter system is installed

Installation of the WeatherFOLD system begins with clearing the debris and preparing the surface so it is clean and smooth using an angle grinder. For efficient installation, measurements have been taken at survey and quotation stage, so materials arrive on site prepared for fit. WeatherFOLD is made of Fatra 1.2 mm PVC and available in varied lengths of up to 1500 mm wide x 3000 mm lengths to suit your external roof perfectly.

This unique approach to fitting allows for quick installation and certainty the entire gutter base will be covered with supplied materials. The gutter sheets are then welded together with as many hinges as needed for a neat, water-tight finish, with the single heat weld joint detail allowing for expansion and contraction.
