Get ready for 2022 with safe, smart and successful building refurbishment

Make plans you can depend on by booking a free site survey that tackles your new year property problems.

By now, we’re all used to a degree of uncertainty about what lies ahead. Yet one thing you can place firmly in your control is the state of your building, thanks to Cladding Coatings’ cladding refurbishment and recoating services.

The weather is temperamental, your business plans may not yet be set in stone, and of course we all know life is subject to very dramatic and sudden change. However, the safety and security of your premises is something you can, and should, put to the top of your agenda. To do that, here at Cladding Coatings we carry out a free of charge site survey at your property, making sure you know which problems your building has and what you need to do to tackle them.

What is a site survey?

site survey

A site survey is when a member of our experienced Cladding Coatings team visits your property in person and assesses its condition. Using our multiple years of expertise in building and cladding refurbishment works, we survey your building to pinpoint signs of damage and wear and tear. Then, we can give you an honest, accurate assessment of your building’s condition, and a quote for refurbishment based on an open and up-to-date review.

You can book one of two types of site survey. The first is a standard yet thorough on site survey, which is done by sight at ground level and is completely free of charge. The second is a drone survey, which incurs a small fee, where our MD Mike Hallwood flies a drone over your property and records footage of hard-to-see areas, such as your metal roof coating.

What kind of issues does a site survey identify?

Both types of building site surveys pinpoint exactly which areas of your property require refurbishment, and why. Our expert team will spot issues such as corroding metal roof cladding; cut edge corrosion on your commercial roof cladding; peeling, flaking or fading external wall cladding paintwork; gutter blockages and damage, and even problems with your factory doors and windows.

Your building and your business are unique, so chances are they’ll be areas exclusive to your property that aren’t immediately apparent to the untrained eye. Our team will spot this for you too, able to identify any uncommon issues and understand exactly what’s need to tackle them.

Why book a site survey today?

Your safety on site is one thing you can, and must, plan for. And there’s no better way to do that than by beginning the new year with a site survey from Cladding Coatings.

With a site survey carried out at the beginning of the year, you’ll find that any problems are addressed before the icy winter weather freezes and thaws: a cycle that causes increased damage to your property. You’ll also benefit from greater date availability for the year ahead. And, you’ll know straight away which problems your building needs to address, and when. That way, together we can put a building or cladding refurbishment plan in place that manages budgets, expectations and suits your operational schedule planned with minimal disruption to your day-to-day work.

Don’t forget, every survey is followed up by a fast, free quotation bespoke to your building’s refurbishment needs.

Get your new year off to the best possible start with an expert Cladding Coatings refurbishment site survey. To find out more about cladding refurbishment and the other services we offer, or to book your site survey today, get in touch with our friendly, experienced team.

We wish you all a happy, healthy and successful 2022.
