Job Vacancies – Painter and Labourer

We are expanding our established, high-performing team. We are looking for experienced, reliable, and hardworking painters and labourers based in or around Altrincham and Rossendale who are fully prepared to work away from home on projects across the UK.

Duties
• Prepare surfaces and ensure they are clean and ready for spraying application
• Operate specialised spraying equipment to apply cladding coatings evenly across surfaces
• Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate spraying tasks efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and utilise personal protective equipment at all times
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors regarding progress and any issues encountered
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the spraying equipment and work area
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as required, ensuring safe handling practices

Experience
Key Requirements (Essential)
• IPAF Licence: Minimum 3a / 3b valid ticket (Essential).
• Driving Licence: Full, valid UK driving licence, own vehicle preferred .
• Travel Flexibility: Must be fully available and willing to work away from home / stay away during project runs.
• Location: Must be local to Altrincham / South Manchester or Rossendale for easy team pick-ups/coordination.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and comfortable working in a team environment.

Desirable
• Familiar with working with the popular coating systems such as Giromax, Noxyde, Liquasil, Drisilane etc would be advantageous
• Proven ability to operate spraying machinery safely and efficiently
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, for clear communication on-site
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and supervisors
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating reliability and professionalism

We require drivers, fuel card will be supplied. Additional hours paid for working away including Breakfast meal allowance.

Pay: From £17.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
• CSCS (desirable)
• IPAF (required)
• Driving Licence (required)
