New Gutter System Available

A NEW GUTTER SYSTEM WHICH CAN PROVIDE LONG TERM WATERPROOFING AND WATER FLOW FOR ALL TYPES OF GUTTERS

Cladding Coatings continues its partnership with leading building coatings manufacturer, Tor Coatings, with the use of its Elastaseal™ HD Gutter System.

The system is a heavy duty gutter waterproofing system which is compatible with all gutter types and can offer long lasting protection of 10 or 20 years before the first full maintenance of the system is required.

The system is a 4 coat application, which includes a range of Primers, depending on the gutter type, to promote adhesion, followed by a Buildcoat of Elastaseal™ Fibretex, which reinforces the joints of the guttering system.

Finally the Embedment Coat which is a fiberglass reinforced mat coat, then the topcoat, an extremely heavy duty finishing coat, which has excellent weathering properties and UV stability.

Application is simple the system is quickly resistant to rain, joint free and has excellent resistant to ponded water.

Typical System build up:

A Primer
B Elastaseal™ Embedment coat
C Elastamat™ reinforcement*
D Elastaseal™ HD top coat(s)

*Applied to the wet embedment coat
