Cladding Coatings in 2022

It’s been another really busy year for our teams here at Cladding Coatings. With some amazing projects completed across the UK and some new additions to our services including solar panel preparation and RoofSafe installation it’s been packed full of stunning refurbishments.

We have so many great projects to shout about we can’t cover them all but you can see some of them on our Case Study pages. Here are some of our hand-picked highlights from 2022 for you.

Stand Out Car Showrooms

Car Showroom refurbishments have been common, in the early part of the year we completed Ford Prescott which began in 2021. Our teams were able to dodge the weather and freezing temperatures enough to finish this project to our usual high standards. We also did some work on Ford Bootle close by as the car brand were really happy with the work we had completed for them.

The car showroom theme continued, completing three Car Supermarket showrooms in succession. Car Supermarkets in Hull, Grimsby and Scunthorpe were all completed earlier in 2022 followed by Peugeot, Renault and Kia car showrooms over the summer. Recently we finished the roof refurbishment on Rawlinson Automotive which included the removal of existing solar panels, a full roof onsite recoating and then the re-installation of the panels to the roof.

Stunning Shopfronts

Our shopfront refurbishment services have produced some lovely end results this year. At a retail park in Barnsley we refurbished the cladding on Bensons for Beds and its neighbouring units, work included cut edge corrosion treatment to the roof and installation of gutter lining.

More recently we completed the external wall cladding coating on Porcelanosa in Sheffield leaving it ready to take its new signage. For this returning customer this unit was one of many stores we have been asked to refurbish for them.

Units that Impress

Our teams have been up and down the country completing roof and cladding refurbishments, Hammonds Furniture located in Hinckley, Leicestershire involved onsite spraying to the external walls, loading bay doors and gutters or two buildings. Repairs and replacements were also needed for some areas of metal sheets, trims and facias.

Pizza Oven located in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire required a full external cladding and roofing respray and refurbishment to gutters, doors, windows and railings. We also installed the RoofSafe system on the roof of this project to ensure safety for our team and for future maintenance work to be carried out.

DX located in Bodmin, Cornwall was a project that we worked requiring extensive refurbishment to the roof and wall cladding of this large unit. Work included rooflight , gutter and metal cladding refurbishment.

Cetix based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire was a unit in need of a full refurbishment to the roof and wall cladding. Our teams re-coated the metal sheets, rooflights were replaced and gutters cleaned and repaired.
