Cleaning, refurbishment and on site spraying of industrial units including window lights, internal and external walls.
Regeneration and development specialist St Modwen, invited Cladding Coatings Ltd to carry out some building refurbishment work on a number of industrial units at their Warrington site. Due to the completion of some new units to the rear of the business estate St Modwen wanted to refurbish some of their existing units that could be seen when entering the plot.
Cladding Coatings have undertaken the work of cleaning and restoration of the older units to make them look more in keeping with the newer buildings and so that the estate is kept to a good standard of repair. Work has involved cleaning of window lights, on-site spraying to the external and internal walls and re-painting an outside canopy.#
