Like every business, our team has faced challenges like no other this past year. With multiple lockdowns, changing guidelines and restrictions and, of course, a huge sense of worry and uncertainty for us all, there have certainly been things for everyone to face that didn’t factor into even the most expert business plan!

Here at Cladding Coatings, we’re no strangers to challenges. And it’s that sense of determination as well as our years of extensive experience in the external building maintenance industry that has helped us tackle problems head-on and deliver your façade finish with great success for happy clients.

Meeting your project timings

Plans are always subject to change. But never has this been more apparent than the last thirteen months, when restrictions thrown into the mix have meant timeframes moved outside of everyone’s control.

At Cladding Coatings, our years of experience meeting changing deadlines and working to your needs meant no timescales alterations could faze us. Our military base project in May 2020 had been longed for by the client, but the pre-booked slot of spring posed many questions as we were in a nationwide lockdown. We were able go ahead, meeting both complex social distancing and lockdown regulations as well as working around the strict needs of the military base regarding arrival and departure searches – and completing to time with minimal disruption.

Early pandemic restrictions didn’t stop us from delivering a professional façade finish in March 2020 either. When lockdown hit, we’d already begun work on site at Orbis in Derby. No longer able to stay overnight, our committed team did a daily four-hour round trip to get to site and meet the project managers timescales and budgets – no questions asked.

Keeping you moving

Logistics companies have been integral to keeping our country moving. Therefore, making sure their facilities are safe and secure so they can be completely operational is essential.

Thankfully, logistics facility cladding coating and commercial painting is one of our areas of expertise. So when our logistics company clients needed someone they could rely on, they called our team. Take a look at our extensive 7000m² wall cladding project completed at DHL Bardon Hill in summer 2020, which included cladding cleaning and onsite spraying of a vast façade. Not only did this meet the project budgets and expectations, the work was delivered early.

With doors needing to cope with extension use, they needed to perform perfectly – and we knew our expert systems had the answer.
