This time our attention was focused on their site in Grimsby. The car showroom in Grimsby is one of three that we have worked on this year for the national car retailer.

CarSupermarket.com is a national car supermarket selling high quality used cars. They have become a well known and trusted brand across the UK that is constantly developing and expanding its operations.

Having built a good relationship with our client when refurbishing their other car showroom sites across the UK, it was a pleasure to be asked back to help them rebrand and refurbish their Grimbsy site.

Planning for a perfect project

Before starting work on any project, we always visit the site beforehand to conduct one of our free on-site surveys. This allows us to assess the condition of the building and establish precisely what work needs completing so that we can then provide our client with an accurate quote quickly. We also offer drone surveys for areas that aren’t visible from the ground, such as roofs and gutters.

Our client wanted to refurbish the exterior of their car showroom to match their new branding and keep consistent with their other sites.

It was evident from the on-site survey that the external wall cladding coating was showing signs of deterioration and would require recoating. It was also clear that the external doors and windows would need recoating to give the car showroom a smart and refreshed look.

We had to factor in and consider that there would be valuable cars and customers on-site when we would be completing the refurbishment work. We discussed this with the client and made suitable arrangements in our plan to ensure that disruption would be kept to an absolute minimum for them.
