The focus of this project was Chapelhouse Motor Group’s Warrington site, located on Milner Street. The task included addressing two primary items on the building’s exterior cladding:

A full refresh of 230m² of upper cladding to restore its appearance.

A targeted refurbishment of 180m² of cladding, with specific considerations for an area partially covered by branding signage.

The work required careful planning and execution, including ensuring the signage areas were appropriately managed and addressing accessibility challenges. Standard 4×4 scissor lifts with a height capacity of 7–8 metres were used for efficient access to the building’s upper surfaces.

Our team faced several challenges, including preserving the consistency of the building’s brand colours while mitigating disruptions to Chapelhouse’s operations. The cladding, which represents the dealership’s identity, had lost its visual impact due to exposure to harsh weather conditions over time. We use dry fall paint with avoids overspray that could land on vehicles in the car showroom.
