Our team were on site in June 2020, able to carry out essential building maintenance repair and refurbishment work while meeting all social distancing guidelines.

Cladding coating using trusted systems

For the commercial painting project at Rotrex, we chose to use Noxyde by Rust-Oleum®, supplied by Rawlins Paints. It’s one of our most-used paint systems thanks to its wide range of excellent benefits. It lends itself perfectly to onsite spraying application as it is an elastomeric coating, meaning it is ten-times thicker than paint yet still incredibly flexible in its structure.

At Rotrex, we installed the Noxyde® by Rust-Oleum system to the front facade, including the low-level white cladding band. Our careful application methods used by our experienced onsite spraying team made sure these different colours were clearly maintained. We also installed the same system to the right elevation of the building, which included respraying the loading door – vital for day-to-day operations.
