Looking Back at 2022

With the end of 2022 almost upon us we thought it would be nice to have a re-cap on such a busy year here at Cladding Coatings. Here’s some of our highlights.

New Services

30 Year Roof System – Early in 2022 we ran a campaign to promote the new system Advantage Graphene. Advantage Graphene is rare, in that it offers an exceptional 30 year guarantee. At the end of 2021 we had completed a project for Synertec, which was the first time this revolutionary coating system has been installed by our teams. Read the full case study here. The 30 Year System was used on the roof to offer long term protection for the client. The lightweight, UV resistant system forms a virtually impenetrable barrier, giving excellent protection against corrosion and rust. Read more here.

Preparation for Solar- Due to demand and interest in energy saving measures and renewable energy we now offer quotations for solar panel installation. We can prepare your roof surface with a long lasting quality coating, ready to accept solar panels which can see a return in investment in as little as 2-3 years depending on your energy use. RoofSafe System Installation- Our expert teams are fully trained in the use of horizontal lines and anchors which are installed to the roof to allow safe, handsfree access across all areas of your roof. We offer the installation of the RoofSafe system which can save you money and improve the efficiency of maintenance work long term. Read more here.

Noxyde Plus- This year saw the introduction of Rust-Oleum’s Noxyde Plus. This is a replacement for its veteran product Noxyde, a system that we have used frequently on our roof and wall coating projects for over a decade. The new product will be manufactured here in the UK and is available now, with Noxyde being discontinued. Noxyde Plus will retain the same properties of Noxyde, it remains a water-based, single-component, elastomeric coating, based on a silane modified acrylic binder. Read more here.

Team Changes

This year we have seen our teams grow and we welcome several new faces to work with us on projects across the UK. We now have more, larger teams available to deliver your refurbishment requirements wherever your location.

Projects

This year we have seen more projects been completed than ever before which is testament to the quality of work we deliver and the excellent service we provide. We are taking orders for 2023 and are booking up fast which looks like we are set for another busy year ahead. See our project highlights of 2022 here.

Approved Contractors

Our teams renewed their training and we retain our certification as approved contractors for Alltimes Coatings )read more here) and RustOleum.

Christmas

We will be closing for Christmas on Friday 16th December at 5pm and will reopen on Friday 6th January 2023. The Christmas break will give our teams chance to rest and relax and spend time with their families over the festive period.
