Recently, Howard Tenens’ Groundwell site in Swindon underwent a logistical refurbishment that included the refurbishment of external walls and the addition of solar panels. Onsite spraying was carried out to the external metal wall cladding on all elevations of the building. This was done to ensure that the building’s exterior was uniform in appearance and aesthetically pleasing. At the same time, the roof area received a complete respray to provide a uniform finish to this expansive building. But before the roof coating work could begin, the RoofSafe system was installed to ensure that all team members were safe while working at height. Cutting-edge corrosion treatment was then carried out on the roof, which involved the application of a specialised metal coating.
