Jofson Ltd, Trafford Park, Manchester

At the end of July 2014,  Cladding Coatings Ltd completed the refurbishment of the recently acquired depot for Jofson Ltd.

The supplier of Mitsubishi trucks is one of the largest Mitsubishi dealers in the UK and to support its growth required an additional site to cover the North-West. The existing bright Yellow building was in need of some refurbishment both inside and externally.

Cladding Coatings were brought in to re-paint 450m2 of the external metal wall cladding, re-coat three faded roller shutter doors and cover 300m2 of internal concrete floor with Durafloor Ultra system.

Before the work commenced, Cladding Coatings were able to provide a digital image of the building finished in Goosewing Grey, the chosen colour so that the client could easily visualise the end result.

The process involved cleaning the surfaces and removing any peeling paint, treating any corrosion, filling and priming where necessary. Once all the areas are prepared a base coat was applied followed later by the coloured top coat.

The finished building looked very clean, tidy and was much more sympathetic to the surroundings than the original loud Yellow colour.

This project is a clear example of how Cladding Coatings can help with the whole process from visualising the end result by offering digital imagery to a total transformation of a building leaving you with a premises looking like new.
