Though the reasons for refurbishment differed from the neighbouring site one, the same system and colour scheme was used on both sites. Specialists Cladding Coatings Ltd had been refurbishing this building at the end of February and the agent had a couple of potential tenants interested before they even finished on site.
Cladding Coatings were previously working on the occupied unit next door and were approached whilst on site to continue onto this second unit.
