Retail units for Sports Direct and Wickes required refurbishment as part of a cost saving development programme for the units.

The exterior of SOS Communications was deteriorating and required refurbishment. We were able to re-coat the building.

To protect and improve the appearance and condition of the metal cladding walls and roofing, painted with Rust-Oleum Noxyde.

Cladding fascia flaking repair at the early stage of deterioration.  All fascia trim was recoated and matched to existing colours.

Cleaning, refurbishment and on site spraying of industrial units including window lights, internal and external walls.
