This project was more than a straight forward re-spray, our team needed to use all their expertise to ensure that the refurbishment was completed to the highest quality and there was no disruption to the business operations.

This building has been transformed, from a tired and faded exterior to new, fresh and modern looking unit that oozes appeal. A digital mock up was carried out in advance to ensure the colour scheme worked with the building.

A professional refurbishment was required on this ageing cladding. A full external refurbishment was carried out to the metal cladding, brickwork and doors.

The refurbishment of this empty unit in the North East, was carried out for one of our long standing customers, who as a landlord wanted to both maintain the property and rent it out quickly.
