Understanding the need for building upkeep

The warehouse unit on Gawsworth Court in Warrington was leased by DPD. The international parcel delivery service company knew they had to keep their unit safe and secure to protect not only their staff but the vast quantity of personal items they were processing for delivery. A failing façade that allowed the inside of the property to become damaged was simply not an option.

The 8,966 sq. ft. unit is on a modern estate, surrounded by other units occupied by household names. It is also a prominent location, accessed immediately from the M62 and close by the M6 motorway. As such, our client knew first impressions counted and they needed to stand out on the estate for all the right reasons.
